ونظرًا لصعوبة متابعة الفترات الزمنية الطويلة بالنسبة للأطفال، نوصي بقراءة قصة واحدة كل يوم، مما يتيح لهم التفكير في أحداث القصة، ويُنمّي لديهم الفضول والحماس لسماع القصة التالية. وقد يواجه الأطفال بعض الصعوبة في فهم بعض المفردات الجديدة، لذلك يُستحسن الإشراف عليهم أثناء القراءة والإجابة عن تساؤلاتهم للتأكد من صحة فهمهم لمضمون القصة.
