The Prophet’s Mosque and Kids is a beautifully crafted children’s book designed to help young readers become familiar with Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, the blessed mosque that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ helped build with his own noble hands. Through this book, children learn about the special status of the Prophet’s Mosque and the great reward of praying there, as mentioned by the Prophet ﷺ: “A prayer in my mosque is better than a thousand prayers in any other mosque, except Al-Masjid Al-Haram.”

Written in an engaging and child-friendly style, the book presents the Prophet’s Mosque in a clear and simple way that captures children’s hearts and sparks their curiosity. Its goal is to nurture love for Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and inspire children to dream of visiting it one day. In addition to introducing the mosque itself, the book also explores some of the important surrounding places and explains their significance.

المسجد النبوي والأطفال هو كتاب مميز يهدف إلى مساعدة أطفالنا على التعرّف على المسجد النبوي الشريف، الذي شارك النبي ﷺ في بنائه بيديه الشريفتين، وبيّن فضل الصلاة فيه بقوله ﷺ:
"صلاةٌ في مسجدي هذا خيرٌ من ألف صلاة فيما سواه إلا المسجد الحرام."

وقد حرصنا على تقديم وصف المسجد النبوي بأسلوب جذاب ولغة سلسة تناسب الأطفال، ليكون هدفنا أن يحبّ أطفالنا المسجد النبوي ويرغبوا في زيارته يومًا ما. ولم نكتفِ بالحديث عن المسجد النبوي فقط، بل تطرّقنا أيضًا إلى بعض الأماكن المجاورة له وتحدثنا عنها بطريقة مبسّطة وواضحة.

كما أوردنا لمحات من حياة النبي ﷺ في مسجده، سعيًا لغرس محبته في قلوب أطفالنا. وحرصًا منّا على أن يكون هذا الكتاب أكثر متعة وتشويقًا، قمنا بتضمين أنشطة البحث والاكتشاف وملصقات، حتى يحتفظ الأطفال بالصورة الجميلة للمسجد النبوي في ذاكرتهم البصرية. وقد أُعدّ الكتاب بطريقة تمكّن الأطفال من حمله معهم ليكون دليلًا إرشاديًا بسيطًا عند ذهابهم إلى المسجد النبوي.

ولتعزيز ارتباط الأطفال بالمسجد النبوي، أهديناهم ملصقات داخل الكتاب يمكنهم لصقها على حقائبهم أو في غرفهم، لتظلّ ذكريات المسجد النبوي حاضرة في قلوبهم وأحلامهم دائمًا.
